The project form requests your name, email address, project city or ZIP, material interest, and a short project description. You may also provide a phone number, your role, approximate floor area, and preferred timing. Please do not include payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

Project context and advertising links

An inquiry record may include the originating page and campaign information supplied with a page link, such as UTM parameters or Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid). When supplied in the URL, these campaign values are kept in your browser’s session storage so they can accompany a later inquiry during the same browsing session. They help identify how an inquiry reached the website. No advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or marketing subscriptions are currently activated. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing emails.

How inquiries are handled

Submitted project inquiries are stored as private records in this WordPress installation and sent by email to the site owner at dcraig@flooringspecialists.biz. The record contains a request reference and received time. If your inquiry is urgent or you have not received a response, please call or email using the contact information on this website.

Use and sharing

The site owner uses inquiry information to contact you, understand the project, and discuss possible next steps. Submitting the form does not place an order or confirm an appointment.
